Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Inspected upon arrival.

Refunds issued to original payment method within 10 business days.

Bank processing may apply.

Our refund and return policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
